Board of Directors:
- Naryvan Bahsas: Lawyer and researcher, project manager in gender-based violence and human rights since 2025.
- Ruba Al-Shoufi: Damascus University English Literature graduate, 12+ years in NGOs, involved in political, feminist, and rights advocacy.
- Samer Mokhtar: a graduate of the Arabic Language Department at the Faculty of Arts and Humanities – University of Damascus. He began writing for Arab newspapers and websites on political, social, and cultural issues since 2013. He worked as a journalist for the UAE-based website Eram News. In 2015, he worked with the Lebanese newspaper Al-Modon and the website Rasif22. He published a number of literary texts in the supplement ‘Jil’ of the newspaper Al-Araby Al-Jadeed. He also wrote for the ‘Thrid Bank’ site affiliated with Al-Araby Al-Jadeed and the Lebanese site Daraj.
- Malek Wannous: Journalist and translator, graduate of the Faculty of Literature at the University of Lattakia. He started working in journalism in 2005, publishing opinion articles and political analysis in Syrian, Lebanese, and Gulf newspapers and periodicals, as well as in research centres. He has also published many translations on local and international issues. He has a particular interest in misinformation and hate speech.

- Rowaida Rifai: Editor-in-Chief
A graduate of the Faculty of Media at Damascus University, she is a journalist and editor who has worked with several online platforms. She specialises in politics, media issues, disinformation, and social media. She works as the platform’s editor-in-chief.
- Ghias Aljundi: Co-Founder & Managing Director
A journalist and fact-checker with a master’s degree from the University of London, he has extensive experience working with major international organizations such as Amnesty International, PEN International, Article 19, Index on Censorship, and others. He specializes in media development and freedom of expression. He is also involved in the platform’s monitoring and fact-checking process.
- Manar Abu Hassoun: Fact-Checker
A graduate of the Faculty of Media at Damascus University, she is a journalist and fact-checker with experience in news editing, writing, and reporting, covering a wide range of political, social, and economic topics. She has a special interest in women’s issues.
- Roua Nasser: Communications and Social Media Officer
A freelance Syrian journalist and a graduate of the Faculty of Media at Damascus University, she has worked as a producer and writer of documentaries, dramas, and animation for three years with companies such as Awan and Procast, where she was responsible for communications, public relations, and digital marketing for Syrian companies, both digitally and on the ground. She writes for Raseef22 and Khatira about politics, the environment, marginalized issues, and human rights, using journalistic narratives that combine artificial intelligence, creativity, and professional ethics.
- Mohammad Al-Hajj Ahmad: Head of Visual Design Department
A graphic designer with over ten years of experience, he has worked with numerous agencies, media networks, and newspapers focused on Syrian affairs. He is responsible for producing designs for the platform’s website and social media accounts.
- Evan Aljundi: Website Development and Maintenance Officer
A graduate of the Centre de formation d’informatique AFPA in Nancy, France, he currently works with several centers in France and the Middle East.
